The Experience
We believe the best holidays have a certain quality of time about them — slower, richer, more attentive to what is actually around you.
Included in Every Stay
Every property runs entirely on renewable energy — solar panels on the roof, warm rooms, and a lower footprint for your stay.
On Arrival
Every stay arrives to a welcome hamper packed with produce from within five miles of the farm. We've used the same bakery for eleven years. The clotted cream comes from a dairy two fields over.
Browse PropertiesThe Surrounding Area
We give every guest a seasonal guide to the surrounding area — not a generic list of tourist attractions, but specific recommendations built from knowing this corner of north Cornwall. The coast is close. So is the quiet.
Dedicated EV charging points at every property. Arrive with a low battery and leave with a full one.
Each property has its own private hot tub. No shared facilities — just you, the water, and the Cornish sky above.
No shared lawns. Your garden is yours. Each property has its own outdoor space, private and unhurried.
Everything you actually need — good knives, heavy pans, a proper coffee maker. Stocked with the basics.
Because sometimes you need it. Password in the welcome pack.
“The Hayloft gave us exactly what we needed — proper quiet. Cosy and warm from the moment we arrived, the views were extraordinary, and the welcome hamper was better than anything we've bought ourselves. We've already booked next year.”

“Three days in and we genuinely forgot what day it was. That hasn't happened on a holiday in years. The coastal walk from the back gate is something we'll come back for again and again.”

“Hot tub in the dark with the fields completely silent around you. Our dogs were as relaxed as we were. The kind of place you don't want to tell anyone else about.”

“We've stayed in a lot of holiday cottages. None of them had a hamper that was genuinely stocked, a hot tub worth getting into, and a garden you could sit in without hearing a road. Royalton has all three.”

“Arrived on a grey Thursday in November. By Friday evening we couldn't remember what the news was or why it had seemed important. That's a good holiday.”

“The host actually answered the phone when we got lost on the lane. Recommended a crab shack fifteen minutes away that wasn't in any guide we'd found. Went twice.”
